📦 Return & Refund Policy – Nawab Foods                                                                            At Nawab Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process.

🔹 Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging

• Return request should be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Perishable or opened consumables cannot be returned

🔹 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method

🔹 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
